Description: Nathan Huening and Callie Brauel are developing a unique land project on 30-acres along the Haw Creek in Alamance County. The site will feature outdoor wedding event facilities, a tiny-home rental community, cob building structures, integrated wastewater management (e.g., commercial composting toilets, urine diversion and reuse, onsite wastewater dispersal), and permaculture-based land management systems. BODHI is providing site/civil design for the project, integrated onsite wastewater design and permitting, construction management, architectural design for the event bath house, and overall land management consulting.
